Hi Everyone,

Before we turn to eBay to sell our 3-year-old wireless phone system, we
wanted to lowball it to our various friends in the nonprofit community
with less than 10 staff. (Excuse the duplicate posts)

Our 4-Line Wireless Office Phone system works like new. Complete System
of 1 wired base unit, 1 wireless handheld unit and 7 wireless desktop
units. We feel a good deal for everyone is $900. Retail was $2500 and
this system sells used/refurbished for about $1500.

Panasonic kx-tg4000 handles 4 incoming lines. It is wireless 2.4Ghz
between the base and the extension units so no office wiring required.
Desktop units look like traditional office desk phones with 3-line
Caller ID and speakerphone. (see links below for more info)

This is an 8 extension phone system. Base unit is considered mailbox #0
so 9 mailboxes total.

The system is 3 years old and cannot extend past the base plus 8 units
so we have outgrown it. If we could add more than 8 extensions, we
wouldn't sell it.

Extremely low maintenance installation. Great wireless desktop units
with speakerphones that work fine. (We would take our calls outside in
the summer.) Also, conference call function lets you talk to 2 calls at
once, or one internal (intercom) call and one outside call together.

Questions about specs? Check out these links to learn more about the
phones.

7 Wireless Desktop Extensions (Panasonic kx-tga420)

This is the best wireless phone system we could find. We could not and
cannot find more extensions or more than 4 lines for a wireless system.
There are only two minor cons to this system: no mute button on the
units; and if you pick up a call for someone who isn't in, then for
them to leave a voice mail message, for extension 5 for example, you
tell the caller to press 5# after you transfer them back to the
voicemail system. But compared to the wired system quotes of about
$5,000 these were 2 minor inconveniences.

Another agency may only want three desktop extensions so we might be
able to sell the base+handheld+4desktops for $700, maybe a little less.
