Craig, Thanks for the link. I will check it out at home; I like the way my school system blocks educators from full access to the internet. I guess we're blocked so we can develop more information. Why is education so ... anti-teacher... anti-information? So, now that I got my vent out of the way... does it do time limits on looking at cards and whatnot? Can a student print the cards if wanted? ________________________________ From: technology-bounces at nifl.gov [mailto:technology-bounces at nifl.gov] On Behalf Of Craig Alinder Sent: Thursday, August 24, 2006 11:10 AM To: The Technology and Literacy Discussion List Subject: [Technology 497] Re: PDF Flash Cards There is a really nice flashcard application for basic mathematics like addition, subtraction, multiplication and division that I found. It even has square roots, rounding, an analog clock and a "Flashcard Creator" that allows you to print your own flashcards. What I think is really nice is that it will keep track of your score as you work through a set of cards. This allows for some goal setting to help increase accuracy. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a similar application for math and language?
