Thanks for sharing what you're doing -- it's both impressive and creative.
I can see how a social networking site like MySpace could be another "arrow
in your quiver" for communication.

Of course, few, if any, public school districts allow any of the more
popular social networking sites through their content filters. I personally am
having a hard enough time just getting a private Ning network connected, and
I've got a great relationship with our District's Technology Director.

I'd be particularly interested in hearing about people's experience with
Ning and Ning-like networks in an educational setting.
