Hi Mariann,
My primary personal PD resource is reading the NIFL lists, but I also
recently took an online course from Proliteracy World Education on Multiple
Intelligences and Differentiated Instruction that was excellent. I recommend
the Texas Adult Basic Education Teacher's Toolkit
http://www-tcall.tamu.edu/toolkit/contents.html to my new ABE/ASE teachers.
Honestly I use all kinds of technological PD resources all the time; these
are the ones that first come to mind, and the NIFL lists are usually where I
find out about them.
