Wendy, and others, this might be useful with some of your adult  
secondary education/transition to college students. If you haven't  
read it yet, it's a must!

Ahh, the Nacirema! One of the classic texts read by anthropology majors.  Right up there with the classic studies of the Yanomamo!  As a former anthropology major myself, I concur with David that it's an excellent read for the general audience as well.
