I am looking for resources that outline the current benefits and challenges of technology integration in US adult literacy programs. As per my assignment, I must address more than one perspective. The resources herein focus on uses of technology and practices, but no mention of obstacles/impediments to use of technology. If you have any leads in this area, please let me know.
