<div><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana"></span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana"><font size="2">In this point of view, educators should take a role of facilitator who can promote students' skills, especially in informational technology fields. For providing a learning environment which can promote students' communication skill for our students, school should be prepared in infrastructure, such as, hardware, communication channel, and also technicians. </font></span></div>

Even though I give computer low-income family, if they do not have internet connection or they don't know how to use it, the equipments will be nothing. Also we should not miss the ethical issue, such as learning netiquette.</font></span></div>
