Dear List Serve Members:
I am looking for resources on successful career laddering projects that
involve an entire sector. I am especially interested in career ladder
definitions that include literacy, basic technology and VESL. If you know of
any such resources--evaluation reports, case studies, etc. that highlight
successful initiatives, could you please let me know.
