I am trying to write an RFP for a Work Readiness
Seminar to be given at each of our local workforce
Centers twice a month for the FSE&T and TANF clients. 


I have never wrote an RFP before and I am having a
little trouble.  Is there anyone out there who can
help me.

I also have to write another RFP for Basic Computer
Skills Training to be done at each of our local
workforce centers once a week for at least four hours.
