Maile: First - pumarosa is free, so if there are computers hooked up to the internet, the instructors can just help students navigate - it takes about 5 minutes to learn. I can send you basic texts by email which you can download and copy for students - also free. What kind of workplace situation is it? I can also send some texts for various settings. I sell audio tapes, 5 for $25, which help beginning Spanish speakers with basics.
