Three good resources with training activities are:

Developing Intercultural Awareness: A Cross-Cultural Training Handbook
by Kohls and Knight

Experiential Activities for Intercultural Learning
by H. Ned Seelye

Cross Cultural Dialogues: 74 Brief Encounters with Cultural Difference
by Craig Storti

They are all available from Intercultural Press - a great resource
www.interculturalpress. com.

Hope this helps!

Subject: [NIFL-WORKPLACE] cultural sensitivity

I'm working on developing a cultural sensitivity module to bring to
workplaces. The information will be geared toward native english supervisors
and employees.

The focus for the module is working with Hmong, Somali, and Mexican
employees and increasing cultural sensitivity toward them.

Has any done this or have any suggestions on resources, etc.?

Thanks,

Mary Elsenheimer
