Hello Kelley.  I have taught a few different classes for landscape workers,
but each one was different.  I recommend that you spend some time observing
those employees and deciding along with their supervisors what their
language needs are.  We use our textbook, Workplace English and then add
customized vocabulary which we work into authentic conversations.  Also, if
you are interested, we are running a two-day Workplace ESL Certification
Seminar August 25-6 in Las Vegas.  More information is on our website.
