We piloted a quality mark for Vocational including workplace ) providers
in 2001. The work has since been subsumed (now ) into a draft Foundation
Learning Quality Mark to cover all types of provision
The immediate predecessor of the Foundation Learning Quality Mark was
the Adult Literacy Quality Mark - here is the url for the final report

I will try and find an electronic version of our old Vocational Mark and

I am doing some work with the Literacy Network of Greater Los Angeles in
the area of workplace/workforce literacy.  One of our projects is to
develop a quality standards handbook for workplace literacy.  We have a
draft completed, but before finalizing it I am wondering if there are
other quality standards, specific to workplace literacy, that anyone can
direct me to.  So far, we have not found any.
