[Workplace] Customer Service for ESL

How true about the need for support and the thanks for putting together
a list. Here in RI, we are working with several hospitals to provide
customer service and improved communication skills for support
personnel. Any instructional and support materials for the hospital
industry would be extremely helpful to our instructors, who are
(surprise?) very dedicated, but very part time.
