Yes. One of the populations I have in mind is health care providers,  
especially home health aides.  Many cannot come to class because  
their work schedules change so frequently, yet some want to become  
LPNs.  An online program -- with an online tutor available  
asynchronously or in real-time at a wide range of hours -- might be a  
good option for many of them.  So healthcare-contextualized basic  
skills, online, would be very useful.   Suppose they also a a  
lightweight laptop or PDA with web-access which  had a wireless  
card.  So, in Rhode Island, where you live, the first state in the  
U.S. to go wireless, home health aides could study at home, but  
possibly also at work in the hours when their attention is not  
required, or even riding on the bus to the next job.

In order to put together a list, I need to hear from those who have  
actual examples, online, with public URL's, of work-contextualized  
("embedded") basic skills.  Everyone: have you seen something like  
this?  Can you find it online through a search engine?  Now is the time.
