Howard, In addition to the books that Amy recommends, I would add Skills for Success by Donna Price-Machado. Chapters include "What are Employers Looking for," "Successful Job Interviews," Small Talk at the Water Cooler," etc. It would be appropriate for intermediate level learners and above.
