Does anyone know if there exists a means of tracking the flow of funds to
each state for adult education, post secondary education and training, and
WIA funds for education and training? I've heard that Massachusetts has
attempted to do so. This could be a valuable tool to "show me the money"
when it comes to integrating adult education and vocational training.

Check out the Office of Management and Budget's new website
<http://www.whitehouse.gov/omb/expectmore/>. It summarizes nearly 800
Federal programs (including 74 Education programs) assessed since 2002
using the Program Assessment Rating Tool (PART).
