We have started a Workplace Pathways model to help get incumbants
promoted within their organization. The way we are working this is that
the College, through a foundation used for scholarships pays tuition and
books upfront, but when the student completes a class, the company is
billed. Should the student drop the class, the College is out the money.
Pretty novel idea - but it is a win-win for the company, and we will see
how many students do not complete. The cohort is under 20 students.

Subject: [Workplace 638] Fee-for-Service

Our Indiana Adult Education workforce basic skills initiative needs to
seriously investigate fee-for-service options. Our funding is limited
and
we are looking for information on charging the company a
fee-for-service.
We will appreciate any fee structures, templates or models you have
found
successful.
