Hi Ju:

Not that I know of. However, I know that Ronna Timpa, the author of Hotel
English, does a one-day Train-the-Trainer
(http://www.workplaceesl.com/index.php?option=com_content
<http://www.workplaceesl.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=36&It
emid=36> &task=view&id=36&Itemid=36). Given her experience with hotel
English training, I'm sure it would be extremely valuable.

Regards,

Jill
