Dear Workplace Literacy Discussion List Members,
Please find below an announcement for a discussion that has implications
for our programs as well. One of the topics in workplace literacy that
we have discussed is how to document return on investment. That's an
assessment question that could be a part of this discussion. Someone
should ask it!

The discussion panelists would like to receive any questions or comments
you may have prior to the opening of the discussion next Monday. Please
send your questions/comments to the Assessment List or to me at

There is one resource - a case study - that is in draft now and will be

Thanks everyone for your interest. I'm looking forward to receiving your
questions/comments and looking forward to the discussion as well.
