On February 17, 2009, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009
(RECOVERY ACT) was signed into law by President Barack Obama. Section
1512 (f) of the act contains the reporting requirement for recipients of
RECOVERY ACT funds.

During this webinar, we will discuss the registration process and
identify certain prerequisites required by Prime Recipients and
Sub-recipients to register at federalreporting.gov. We will cover the
ETA mailbox for section 1512 and discuss FAQs submitted. We will also
discuss the data quality review phase of the process and ETA's role in
the review.
