Dear colleagues,

Phase I of READ Society's research on workplace learning has been completed.
Two reports are available-"Bridging Employer and Employee Needs in BC's
Capital Region: Phase I Report" and "Literature Review and Bibliography".
They can be accessed at http://www.readsociety.bc.ca/workplace.htm

You'll also find new facts sheets (e.g. How Basic Skills Training Benefits
Business) and a description of our Phase II work, which involves doing
Organizational Basic Skills Needs Analyses for four large employers in
accommodations and retail sectors.

I hope you find these resources useful.

Warm regards,

Nancy Watters, MA
